Tang is located in the middle of many "trout lakes". The depth and structure of our lakes make them perfect habitat for the lake trout. If you have never fished for or caught a "laker", get ready. For most of our Tang season, you can catch them by simply trolling a deep diving lure of some type, such as a Rapala DT-16. Troll a bit faster than usual and get ready. The fight these fish put up will never be forgotten, especially if a 12-20 pounder hits.
