Here is a fun map tool to make your own map prior to arriving at Tang, especially for our returning guests of many years. Have some patience and get creative.

After entering Crown Land Use Policy Atlas:

1. Click on "Find Location" on upper right hand corner of page. 
2. Then click on "Area Location", enter Lawrence Lake and click on "Find Area Location". 
3. Then click "Zoom". 

Use tools across top of page to mark/label spots with "Pins", measure distance and more

Once familiar with this tool, create your own map for your Tang trip with areas of interest, map coordinates and favorite hot spots marked on the map for your group.  Have fun!

From International Falls Minnesota

Cross into Canada to Fort Frances. Follow Highway 11-71 WEST approximately 20 miles to Emo. Stay on 11-17 through Emo to highway 71 NORTH (Turn Right). Travel north on Highway 71 approximately 30 miles to Nestor Falls. Northwest Flying, Inc. fly-in base will be visable from the highway and be on the right side of the road. Pull into parking lot and tell Shane, Jeanna, Jack or Mary that you're "here" and ready to fly into Tang.

From Baudette Minnesota

Take Highway 11 EAST after crossing into Canada proceed 30 miles to Highway 71 North (Turn Left). Travel north on Highway 71 approximately 30 miles to Nestor Falls. Northwest Flying , Inc. will be visable from the highway and be on the right side of the road. Pull into parking lot and tell Shane, Jeanna, Jack or Mary that you're "here" and ready to fly into Tang.
