Tang lake trout fishing is excellent. Troll a deep diving lure, such as a Rapala DT-16 and hold on. As the water warms, try jigging a tube jig tipped with a minnow. Our lakes are very deep (up to 350' in front of lodge) and the water very clear and cold. Lawrence Lake is designated an official "Trout Lake" by the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR)because of the perfect characteristics of the lake. You'll prove it to yourself after the first lake trout you pull in. Hold on!
